Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.
We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel and OFAC and Sanctioned Countries. All shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, etc. We ship orders through trust worthy courier services. It takes at least 5-7 business days for the items to reach at your doorstep after dispatch. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and packaging at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. We hold the right to pick the courier of our choice to facilitate you with the paramount practice of getting the product to you.
The delivery of the product is usually in 5 to 7 days after shipment (depending on the destination country). We use fast couriers namely DHL, FedEx and DPEX for timely and reliable delivery services. Kindly note we offer our shipping & item price without import duties and local taxes. Kindly check with your country’s custom office to determine the custom duties.
Orders placed after 5pm Friday EST will start processing the following Monday. Once orders are processed they cannot be changed. DHL tracking info should be updated on the DHL website within 5 days in most cases. We are not responsible for delays in the DHL tracking system. Squid Game Apparels is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the US Postal Service.
